Generate a wallet

Creates a new XRPL keypair locally. No network call is made to generate it — the address and seed never leave this device.

This wallet is a memo carrier, not a savings account. It needs exactly 1.2 XRP to activate the account, plus a small amount for transaction fees.

A freshly generated address only exists on the ledger once it receives the current 1.2 XRP activation reserve. This page stores nothing — reload and everything is gone.
